At CSO, we specialize in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions in children from birth, through adolescence, and on to adulthood. Our expert team provides compassionate, shared decision-making care that addresses the unique needs of young patients. Our child-friendly approach ensures that both patients and their families feel comfortable, informed and empowered throughout the entire diagnosis and treatment process.

For orthopedic issues, we offer cutting edge treatment techniques on a wide range of general pediatric orthopedic and pediatric sports medicine conditions with the goal of providing patient centered treatment options. This enables our patients to have great outcomes and return to doing what they love as quickly and safely as possible. With a commitment to promoting healthy mental and physical growth and development, we strive to help children and adolescents lead active, fulfilling lives.

Surgical & Non-Surgical Treatment

After making a diagnosis, we develop an individualized treatment plan based on your child’s needs and goals. Most often, we begin with conservative treatment, which may include bracing or casting, physical therapy, medications or supplements or a combination of treatment options.

When conservative treatment is not enough, our orthopedic surgeons can perform a wide array of surgical procedures, including minimally invasive or arthroscopic techniques, focusing on minimizing opioid use postoperatively and safely and quickly returning your child to their activities and sports. We utilize Return to Sport Testing with our rehab colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for patients!
