Almost everyone experiences back pain at some point in their lives. The pain can vary from mild to severe. It can be short–lived or long–lasting, and caused by lifting, bending, or degeneration in the spine as we age.

No matter the cause, back pain can make many everyday activities difficult to do. The good news is that there is hope! Learn about non–surgical treatment options for back pain from Dr. Matthew McAuliffe, a fellowship–trained physiatrist at the Center for Spine and Orthopedics.
