Marci Youngren, Medical Assistant, was recently announced as the Center for Spine and Orthopedics’ Associate-of-the-Month for July! Marci, who joined us in 2012, was nominated and selected by fellow associates and CSO providers. Those nominating and voting for Marci wrote:

“Marci amazes me with all of her creative endeavors. The Doctor’s Day party blew everyone away. Every year, our invitations to the Christmas party come in creative ways. This is all above and beyond what she does in the office as an MA.”

“Marci is not only crafty and willing to do all of the extras for parties, but is also willing to help me out whenever I need something. She is the BEST!“

“Marci will never say “no” when you need her, and she is always going beyond the call of duty to be AWESOME personally and professionally. She will stay and get the job done right and does so with a smile!”

Upon accepting the award, Marci said, “Thank you to all that voted for me. I have never worked for a company that has allowed me to do the jobs that I am good at and very much enjoy. I love coming to work every day. The employees and providers that I work for appreciate everything I do for them and understand how hard I work! The parties are just a benefit! Not only do I get to provide services for our patients but I get to make everyone in the office a little happier with the parties I do.”

Marci is a native of Colorado. She has two sons, a daughter, and a loveable Shih-Tzu. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, water skiing, camping, traveling and just making her friends and family happy. As part of her award, Marci received a gift card from Chili’s, her favorite restaurant.
