Thursday, October 24 | 6-7PM
Erie Community Center | Mitchell Room
Whether you’re a skier, golfer, runner or a workout junkie, back pain is the second most common reason to see a physician. Four out of five people experience back pain at some point in their lives. Fortunately, you can take measures to prevent conditions that cause back pain and continue to enjoy the sports you love!
- Dr. Joseph Morreale, MD, a board-certified, fellowship-trained spine surgeon, will discuss the causes of back pain and ways to prevent them.
- Vince Carmellini, DPT, a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist, will discuss safe and effective exercises to strengthen your back and prevent common back problems.
