Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Dr. Kuhlman is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon trained extensively in the latest advances in conservative and surgical care of the foot and ankle. He completed an Advanced Surgical Reconstructive fellowship at the Professional Education and Research Institute in Roanoke, VA, in June 2016 and will join CSO on April 3.
