Caleb Jennings, PA-C, was recently announced as the Center for Spine and Orthopedics’ first ever “Associate of the Month!”
Caleb’s coworkers both nominated him and voted for him as this month’s winner! The associate who nominated Caleb wrote:
“I would like to nominate Caleb for the employee of the month… He goes above and beyond what is asked of him without any complaints. He has a great attitude. He is always smiling and never walks by without saying ‘Hello.’ Caleb is one awesome employee that goes above what is asked.”
Caleb, assists CSO shoulder surgeon Dr. Luke Schnell on a daily basis. He joined CSO in October 2015. As this month’s winner, Caleb received a gift card.
Upon accepting the award, Caleb said:
“I want to thank everyone for nominating, voting and supporting me for the ‘Associate of the Month.’ I am beyond grateful for all of the love and support from our staff here at CSO. If it were not for the support and help from each team member, it would be impossible for me to do my job. So many things go unnoticed and taken for granted where as it is the staff that makes our jobs run smoothly and effectively. It takes a team effort from each of us to make things run according to plan. I am so thankful to be apart of such wonderful people.”
