Originally from Boise, Idaho, Dr. Christina Ottomeyer is returning to the Denver area to begin a spine fellowship under Dr. Michael Janssen and Dr. Joseph Morreale on July 22, 2019. Previously, as a medical student at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine, she did a spine and orthopedic rotation at CSO. After earning her osteopathic degree at Rocky Vista, she completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine/Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She previously earned her bachelor of science degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she played varsity ice hockey for four years, serving as team captain. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors skiing, playing golf, fishing and traveling or watching sports.
