The Center for Spine and Orthopedics is pleased to welcome our newest physician assistant Mandy Petry, PA-C!
As a licensed physician assistant, Mandy specializes in evaluation and diagnosis of spinal conditions and assists in various spinal surgeries. She has a history of working in total joint replacement surgery as well. In the office, she works with patients and families, providing education and support. Mandy is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Mandy earned her Master’s of Science degree and completed her Physician Assistant Program at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. Previously, she received Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, LA.
Mandy’s certifications include DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certification, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and CPR.
During her free, Mandy enjoys volleyball, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two children. She also volunteers for medical mission trips to rural areas and helping underserved and elderly populations.
