Dr Michael Janssen is the first author on a the longest follow–up paper on IDE for Cervical Total Disc Replacement, titled Seven-Year Follow-up of the Food and Drug Administration Investigational Device Exemption Study of the ProDisc®-C Total Disc Replacement versus Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion for Single Level Symptomatic Cervical Disc Disease. This paper was accepted for publication to the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.
A lot of studies have shown the power of the ancient practice of yoga, which emphasizes stretching, strength, and flexibility, to relieve back pain as well as sciatic nerve pain. In fact, several studies have found that yoga can be more beneficial for back pain when it comes to improving back function.
